What was the best part about using SnapEngage?

SnapEngage is a live chat software as a service which is actually the best I have come across during my research into their market. I have looked at a few live chat software and am sure there are more to go but upon entering your account there is a great look and feel. The user interface is modern and uses my favorite type of menus with very small icons on the left, and the written label on the right. Your dashboard makes great use of all the space available and everything loads very fast. It is also easy to navigate and intuitive to learn and use so it has all these things going for it but that's only the start. The chat functionality itself is very robust yet easy to use. I have not seen quite this of a way to connect audiences in a live chat setting across so many channels before. The ability for your agents to respond to inquiries proactively, by text or phone is great too. The notifications are quickly enabled on your desktop and make it easy to respond immediately. You can also setup to receive offline requests or email transcripts which as notifications as well as receive them in your customer relationship manager such as HighRise or Microsoft Dynamics. Or your Help Desk such as Zendesk or Desk.com. Or your bug tracker like Jira, FogBugz or Pivotal Tracker. The integrations are really good overall. You can sync everything to a project manager such as BaseCamp. The new BaseCamp 3 is totally awesome by the way. And there is an Open API available if you're not using these particular systems so you can pretty much sync up to anything that has API capabilities which is good. The amount of customization possible with your live chat software is great. And that's not something that seems to be included with every service similar to it so I like that about it. They have both iOS and Android native apps which allows for the best adaptive and responsive access. And it's cool both your agents and customers can upload images in a couple clicks right inside the window. This would have definitely streamlined several live troubleshooting chat I have had where I had to obtain an email address and take these extra steps.

What would you change about your experience with SnapEngage?

I think Google Analytics is a valuable integration they should consider. Why not have it on your live chat this seems like a great way to learn more about your audience to me. Scratch that, they have added it so that is amazing and making it hard to look elsewhere for live chat as we have a recently launched our new product line and have a major advertising campaign beginning in the near future.

Overall Feedback

The software works across all of your digital properties as well which is cool. So you can have it on your website and blog or ecommerce shop all at the same time with unified notifications which is a great idea. I like that they have team plans but a solo plan too for twenty bucks CDN per month which is a bit more than you can find this elsewhere but easily worth the extra few bucks for this much reliability, customization and extensibility built in. SnapEngage has got some outstanding reviews by regular users but also some amazing companies like HubSpot and Moz. HubSpot in particular in my opinion is one of the best companies in the world. They have an amazing business model and offer outstanding value in terms of education and software freely which empowers entrepreneurs until they are ready to implement their robust inbound marketing automation solution which is also terrific. So to have an endorsement from these guys to me means a whole lot more than almost any other company. And I have personally reviewed nearly four hundred software companies in the last six weeks alone. SnapEngage is a very professional tool which you can customize to your brand and it can serve as a sales tool as well in the sense that you can have live chat with real time access to prospects as they are browsing your online store or sales funnel. Highly recommended.
