Six Disciplines RightPage (TM) is a FREE software tool within the Six Disciplines Excellence program. RightPage is used by coaches, facilitators and team leaders to help people brainstorm and prioritize solutions. What makes it unique is once the brainstorming is completed, every participant can vote electronic for their top choices. The voting is done privately (on a cell phone) with a limited number of 'points' they can allocate to each idea. When all votes are completed the results are tallied and displayed. The next step is the most important. Each person explains why they voted the way they did with no arguing, just listening. At the end a revote is taken.
