How does Silicon Dream Ltd. handle support for customers; will I be having a hard time getting a hold of your service representatives?

Support is available either by phone during work hours, or by email. Our office is open from 9-6 Mon-Fri and you should have no issues getting hold of us at all. We've been in business for 19 years and take pride in our responsiveness. As far as making updates to websites - we guarantee requests will be actioned within 2 working days, although in reality it's usually the same day.
