What was the best part about using Sidekick?

Sidekick is a complete sales solution packed with an easy to navigate options and tools. the GUI is very simple making it easier and faster for you to use the tools. it's has a notification tool that keeps you notified when a client respond, loaded tickets or updated anything in the system.

What would you change about your experience with Sidekick?

I don't see any community sites or forum for sidekick enthusiasts or developers. I am not confident that I will be able to get the right support, whether customer or technical. Though it's simple to use but I sure did have anything to update or would need some plug-ins, if available, to install.

Overall Feedback

I have not navigated the software that much, but it's simple and fast. with this feature, I would recommend this to temporary or small sales projects. note that on the integration part, API bugs and fixes are not fully tested and I hope to see more testimonials about its flexibility.
