Eldermark Software provides 24/7 live person customer support - most of our support and training team are registered nurses because most of our support calls originate with a licensed nurse. We provide initial training with any new software module implementation, and, we provide training resources on our Training Center web site 24/7. Weekly webinars are available ongoing, and, we can provide user-specific training programs at a reasonable hourly rate after the initial implememntation training.
