Sample Profile Software

Truthfully, the only good part about working with Sample Profile Software is that any time I contacted them, even to complain, I was always able to get a hold of somebody or somebody would at least call me back within a short period of time. I appreciated this communication; however, they were never able to actually resolve my concerns so I felt any efforts were thwarted. The software was buggy and never quite did what I needed it to for my business.

Where do I begin? I started using their software in 2013. I should have ran away much sooner, but I was with them for a year and a half before I finally made the right decision to leave. It seemed like a few people really knew what they were doing but the rest were informed. I always got mixed information which made it so I never knew what the best thing to do was for my business. Often times it felt like they provided support on a generic basis and it was never specific to my business. It also felt like they did not keep good records of the times we talked because each time I called or emailed, it was like I had to explain my business all over again. What am I paying you for if every time I talk to you it's like I am a brand new customer? Very frustrating and it was hard to see any value in the support received. In retrospect, I am not sure why it took me so long to leave them but I am very happy I did.

I do not recommend Sample Profile Software at all. Maybe they have improved but either way I personally would never do business with them again and I would encourage the same to anybody comparing options right now. The best advice I can give you is to call each company multiple times and speak with different representatives prior to purchasing software from anybody. Make sure they are asking questions to understand your business to make sure the software is actually fit to meet your business needs.
