The best part of using Social Studio is that it leverages the strength of social media in sales, marketing, and customer service departments of an organization. The salient features include analytics, collaboration, and content scheduling and publishing. Our organization uses Social Studio to schedule and publish content for our customers. I especially like the calendar organization and the linking with Facebook and Linkedin capabilities.

The customer service group of Social studio would benefit a lot with better training about the tool and the ability to educate the customers as well. Also at present, Social Studio does not permit the publishing of linkedin photo posts. The customization of reports is also very laborious in the present version and am hoping it would improve in the future. The navigation between the posts and the calendar is also cumbersome and can be looked into.

If you are looking for a single source for tracking, reporting and the event calendar, then Social Studio is best suited to scheduling all teh posts and tweets. The key factors which influence in using Social studio is undoubtedly the user interface not only from functionality point of view but also from the aesthetics perspective.
