Reflect CRM

It's a free customer relationship management software you can use on your local computer. It's a quick download and an easy installation. You can create and store an unlimited number of contacts, leads, to-do notes and events. You can set reminders to notify you to follow up a lead or for any event based purpose. It's easy to filter data based on the information current in your database. You can import customer information via CSV. And export to PDF via print, fax and email. It's a very simple user interface and intuitive to learn in less than an hour for most I would say. You could also operate multiple projects from one installation. And there is mobile and remote access possible in web access mode. They don't even require an email address to sign up to use this software which is rare considering it is sales based. I highly doubt it's due to their lack of knowledge of email list building and marketing, so perhaps they are sincerely trying to help small businesses and start ups which is remarkable in this day and age in my opinion. And I applaud them for it, though I wouldn't have minded to give them my email address in order for them to follow up.

I would like to see a sales pipeline preferably with the ability to drag leads from sales phase to the next. The software is quite old school in terms of design but that's a minor issue and doesn't reflect the actual functionality. The ability to have emails link to contacts and populate the information in the CRM would be a nice feature to help lead generation efforts.

I am never going to complain at such incredible value being offered to help grow my business. It's not a software with many bells or whistles but it will serve to organize contacts, leads and events. There is enough value here that being to utilize this software offline has its advantages certainly. You can do everything you need to add business card information while at the cabin on the weekend for example, and then enable web access during the business week. This may not be the most seamless process but it would suit a lot of people who just want a simple CRM and I appreciate it very much.
