Really Simple Systems

Really Simple Systems is a customer relationship management software which has a free forever plan with a lot of value which is tremendous. I really like businesses which empower entrepreneurs which ultimately may upgrade their plan one day in return. It's a fully functional CRM with up to one hundred contacts which is all you need to get started with lead generation. The pricing plans which included upgrades I find to be very reasonable and fair at $8 for two users and two hundred contacts, and $50 per user, per month for their advanced plan which includes email marketing and unlimited contacts in your database along with additional upgrades. The user interface is very clean and straight forward. This is my favorite style and type of UI and I've tried a few hundred software over the last couple months during my project research. It loads quickly and is enjoyable to use. The reporting and analytics are quite good with a nice selection you're able to check out to learn to do data discovery in detail. I like that you can create listings and financial reports from with your dashboard. There's bulk emailing possible from inside your account if you upgrade to the premium or enterprise plans with up to fifty thousand emails sent per month. Addition units of fifty thousand emails are just fifty bucks. You can also use the drip feed feature in the upgraded plans which allows you to reach individuals with a preset series of emails usually for educational or product launch purposes. The premium plan also has a customer service module that you can sync up to so your not having to leave the software in order to take care of support which can increase your efficiency and productive a lot which is great. Hey it's a free CRM with complete functionality so you can try it out with no risk to learn if it's best for you. If you like a modern UI that is enjoyable to use though that is data driven as opposed something more visually based than you're going to really like this CRM.

I believe there should be a greater assortment of integrations available inside Really Simple Systems such as email which would really add a lot more value easily to their free user base who could then upgrade to the automated version of the email marketing plan to save more time. Sending manual emails is a fair trade off which better empowers end users with the core capabilities of their CRM by linking them to it. The automation on top of that would be my suggested business model so that their free user base becomes more successful and ultimately more valuable to Really Simple Systems with a better opportunity to have to upgrade your plan because you're successful. Email tracking in your CRM is a pretty important function in order to keep track of even one hundred contacts at a time. Having to go back and forth between your email account and CRM just to get caught up on your prior history is a particular hassle that I would not want to deal with for too long. Which is another way to get me to upgrade I suppose if I did feel like looking around in the market for this in other CRM systems.

It's not as visual as my favorite customer relationship management software HubSpot CRM with it's free plan, unlimited users and amazingly intuitive and visual user interface. I've tried a couple dozen CRM's at least and Really Simple Systems in the top five in my opinion though so far and I believe that's saying something considering I have hands on B2B experience using customer relationship software in different jobs for both inside and outside sales. If there were a great visual deals tab in your pipeline that would bring it inline with my favorite style, while the limited amount of contacts is their choice and I respect it. HubSpot is able to offer the best possible free CRM with unlimited users because if you're successful using it as a business you'll be much more inclined to upgrade to their paid inbound marketing service which is brilliant. Really Simple Systems would be in my top two or three if it had more integrations possible starting with Google and building on that. Though what they do have for accounting and other integrations are solid choices.
