What was the best part about dealing with Rad Web Hosting?

The best part of dealing with Rad Web Hosting was their very stable network and very knowledgeable sales and support team. I rarely faced any issues, but when the occasional support ticket was opened, their team was right on top of it. I first used them to host a few WordPress websites and later purchased their dedicated servers. Performance was excellent, uptime was perfect and they have always been overall nice people to deal with.

What would you change about your experience with Rad Web Hosting?

This part is hard, because, as I mentioned earlier, the network and support crew were great. I suppose my only complaint is that they are only located in Dallas, Texas and do not have any data centers in other countries outside of the US. Australia would be a nice addition.

Overall Feedback

Their WordPress hosting is excellent and my websites were always fast. Great choice for those who do not need the full-on managed hosting experience, but only the occasional support tickets. They keep lots of backups, too, which is nice if you goof up and need to "press rewind." If you need a dedicated server, they are very good at telling you the optimum hardware and configuration for your setup, without making you feel like you are being oversold.
