Absolutely! Our product development thrives on customer feedback and the vast majority of our features were developed along side a customer. There are times that customers need features built faster than we plan on doing it so we end up proposing projects as custom work where we split the cost (i.e. we don't profit on the project). We do have a clear idea of what our product is designed to do so we can't build every request but we love hearing about new ideas and suggestions.
