I like how this software give me the ability not just to track bugs but also to manage all of the project documentation/testing documentation in this tool if offers. It also provides a way for the testers to track their testing status to provide a better reporting. I also like how easy to organize the test scripts and use it again to speed up the testing process.

This software is lacking when it comes to some reporting tools, like no options to change fonts or change font size. Also sometimes the software I eating many time before the scripts run. When the application freezes the next, it will be crashed so some project is going back again from where I start.

QUALITY CENTER is user friendly and support integration with other HP tools. This is nice software for IT that always wants to manage their business for defects tracking and issue resolution. This will manage all the test resources for a particular project. The tools of this software provides all you need like you can write, execute test cases and log defects all in one tool.
