What was the best part about using Pipeliner CRM?
Pipeliner CRM is a customer relationship manager available with a free trial and no credit card required so you can get going very quickly which is always good when surveying your options in a particular aspect of your business. I admit there was about two minutes of confusion from when I downloaded my trial until I realized they are using a hybrid cloud/local approach which is quite unique in the market. I have used over thirty CRM softwares in the cloud online. I have also used downloadable CRM's which were synced online but not through a cloud infrastructure.
Pipeliner CRM is the best of both so you can have the integrations you want including Google, HubSpot, Marketo, Dropbox, MailChimp, Microsoft Office 365, ZenDesk, Xero, Freshbooks, MailChimp, ConstantConstact and many more. There are almost fifty integrations available and they are all commonly used third party services which can greatly extend your usage of this customer relationship manager which is great.
But that's the cloud based side of things. You can also have complete access to all of your data and work with it offline or when you don't have an internet connection. Which is really great if you're travelling because there may be downtime still nowadays between reliable connections but this way you can stay on point so to speak and I think that's great. The data syncs up to your cloud based instance of the database when you are back online so nothing is ever lost. In fact, it's kept incredibly secure by the very nature of cloud infrastructure.
It's also a very mobile platform so you're not limited by having the CRM downloaded on your desktop computer. You can login with your tablet or smartphone and get down to business so that's cool. I like that it helps you setup your account very simply when you first install and get going. You can setup your integrations like Gmail plus your notifications and several other options first thing. Then it leads you through a six step wizard that fully has you become familiar with your account functionality while you're applying information about your business, so you are taking the learning curve with a hands on approach that allows you to start selling as quickly as possible which is all good.
There is document management and file storage available. And social media integration as well with Facebook, Twitter, Google and major channels while you can sync up Klout to track all of this as well. I like such a strong sales based social media component in a CRM. It's not nearly as commonplace as this in most other CRM's.
What would you change about your experience with Pipeliner CRM?
The only negative in my opinion is the yearly contract which is paid monthly so that's fair enough. Though I honestly don't think it would be an issue simply because this is far and away the best CRM I have ever used and that includes HubSpot CRM which is so awesome in it's simplicity and powerful features including a free price tag.
As for paid CRM's this is how it should be done and as far as I am concerned the new authority to be referred to moving forward in my research to determine the best CRM in the industry for our company. We are gearing up for considerable growth this year with a newly formed partnership and want to have all of our best systems in place prior to experiencing this. It would be enjoyable to use this CRM every day. The pipeline itself is highly visual and uses the drag and drop technology to move prospects through it with out doing it manually and this is a seemingly minor thing that has more of an impact in my opinion together with the visual nature of the data presentation. To be honest, I am completely blown away by this customer relationship management software. It may be a little bit pricier than others at $35 per month, per user. But their pricing is simple and inclusive and the ease is of use combined deep functionality and the integrations which are available making this a serious, core software which can be THE hub of all your business operations, sales, marketing and support. My highest recommendation.
