PingFederate is so far one of the most reasonable and cheap software for Identity Management yet accessible in the market. SaaS software and services can be accessed by a single sign in by PingFederate and its segmented deployment. Right from the installation process to the use of the tool and doing your jobs, this software is very easily handled and used by even the non-technical staff. The technical team of customer support is very efficient and achievable. Whenever I have any issues, I simply turn to the support team and no matter what kind of query or issue I have, they just solve it in a couple of minutes.

Though the product gives me maximum satisfaction related to my work needs, but I strongly believe that the interface of the tool is very simple and old. They need to modernise it a lot as per modern time and needs. After a period of time users tend to get bored of the interface and move to other options. To keep the users stick to the tool, enhancing the interface is highly needed. Also, the dashboard lacks many features and needs to be improved a lot. Also from a small organisation's point of view, the price is very high for them to afford for such features. Although for large scale companies price is quite cheap

The software being a candid and productive one is being highly loved and appreciated by my colleagues in the office. They prefer working with this software than any other option provided to them. If the makers pay heed on what today's customers are expecting from their product and enhance the tool than it would be really appreciated by we users. The software updates are very few at present, we would be grateful if the software is updated frequently with latest features. This software is meant for every type of company may be it be small, moderate or large.
