Paperless Proposal

Paperless Proposal is a powerful sales software geared towards creating customized, dynamic sales proposals and tracking them. It's a combination of robust features in a user friendly, with a lot of options to make your proposal dynamic and professional in every way. You are going to save a lot of time with the ability to setup your proposals a certain and reuse them whenever the need arises. The overall feature set in Paperless Proposal make it my favorite in their market that I've seen during my research so far. The SalesForce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations are good, along with the ability to create dynamic, multimedia based proposals, with pricing tools and templating. Along with the electronic signature module which allows you to close the deal from this account making it a powerful sales tool. In the interest of transparency I was able to spend good time with their product tour but haven't had an account of my own setup as of yet. Though I've done research on a few similar softwares in their market and can give some honest, useful feedback to help others in their search for the best proposal software. This tool is excellent though I can't compare in terms of pricing as it is not available on their website. The product tour is quite extensive and gives you a lot of insight into your account. It appears very clean and straightforward. Robust with lots of useful functionality but without an overwhelming or busy dashboard. The dynamic features available for creating professional proposals are very good. I like being able to include images and video into them making them much more personalized. The analytic reports available are the other aspect of this SAAS which is very helpful. It tracks who opens your proposals, when they opened them, how long they read each section and more. This allows you to tailor your follow up according to the areas in your proposal they are most interested in and that's super powerful insight with a massive possible ROI.

I respect a company when they don't have their pricing available on a website because it indicates their belief in a quality of brand that is worth a conversation to know more about. But it's not convenient for them when a small business has other options with as much core functionality available and transparently priced and extremely affordable. So in a sense they are alienating this entire market for the sake of having less clients each of which are more valuable and the only The software doesn't seem to have the ability to search and correspond to suppliers or distributors directly from in your account. And I don't see it in the extended functionality which won't make a difference if you don't do business with suppliers and distributors or you just don't know there is quote software available that has all of this custom proposal capability with direct connections to them.

While it doesn't have quite the same advanced features as QuoteWerks all of the professional components you need for completing proposal based transactions is readily available in a very intuitive dashboard. I like the overall look and feel and ease of use much better than other advanced proposal software as a service. There is a huge ROI possible by using this software. I am going to continue my research into their market as I look at all of my options, but I like what I've learned about this company, the powerful features and ease of use along with reporting which are excellent by all accounts. I'd definitely consider this service and recommend at least having their product tour help you consider if it's the best fit.
