Online Booking Engine

In the sea of all the great reservation tools with the same amount of extensive features it is almost hard to pinpoint which tool is the best but what sets aside Online Booking Engine for me is definitely its’ tracking capabilities that most don’t possess. To add, it is very easy to use and won’t get your head spinning with its’ functionalities.

As with many such software’s, the issue with this one is the lack of mobile app, though the engine itself is online. I would love them to add such functionality as it would tweak its’ usability for me a lot. Also, sometimes it can be a bit hard to reach the customer service as they are available only on business hours (those being rather different from mine).

If you are looking to enhance your hotel’s reservation process with a tool highly capable with tracking too, then you shouldn’t look further. Feature-packed and very affordable tool is a joy to use thanks to the user-friendly interface. Though customer service can be a bit hard to reach at times and there is no mobile version yet, I am sure these are not aspects ruining the overall user experience much.
