What was the best part about using Nimble?

Nimble offers high-end CRM and social media management. Judging by it`s pricing, company offers to use their software for 15$ a month, so they really are coming forward to help small businesses and inviduals to boost their performance and produktivity. Moreover, 15$ a month is the only price there is, so everyone are using the same features and options. One of the cheapest high-end CRM`s I have seen, lets test if it can match with other similar software. I did register for free trial and launched the software. It offered me to connect my profile to my social network profile, like, twitter or facebook. If you do it, this software will be able access to your direct messages, post on your timeline, etc. After that, comes Part 1 of the Nimble Overview which teaches you basics. And when you press, for example, messages, this tutorial pops up too, only different part of it. Also, you can take tour. These are helpful features, that helps you figure this application out faster. Calendar is very easy to overview, I liked the week view the most, where it is possible to see day and hour schedule. There is a search bar and you can choose what you want to look for- contacts, messages, social or deals. This is a nice, time saving feature. You can also integrate other softwares, like, mailchimp, hubspot, or choose different one from Nimble Marketplace, so you can boost your productivity. I did like the dashboard, with its graph and statistics, you are able to see all the statistics and desing is great. There is 5GB space for you to use, unlimited deals, e-mail accounts and you can add 30 000 contacts, so I think it is more than enough for small business, and search bar comes really handy when you are in an need to find a specific person among 17 000 others. So I did connect all my social profiles I had, and I must say, it was really easy to manage all my profiles. I could see my mentions, messages and other stuff without having to switch from twitter to facebook or gmail, it all was in one place. You can add contact on this software pretty easy and fast, you can fill the data sheet really quick. Moreover, with its 14 day free trial, you can earn 7 more free days just by tweeting their offered tweet.

What would you change about your experience with Nimble?

There is a lot of social media management, but only the basics about deals, cash flow and stuff like that. If you want a detalized and more professional CRM, maybe you should look for something else, but if you havea simple business which does not require detalized overview, you can easely go with Nimble. When I tried to import contacts, with Gmail everything was okay, only thing was that it takes a while and then you get a conformation email, but the problem was with twitter. I tried to import all my contacts, then who I was following, then my followers, but all I got, was the “Error parsing JSON: SyntaxError: Unexpected token

Overall Feedback

This is a great application to overview and socialize your small or maybe even medium size business. With its small fee, you can save time browsing all the social networks by connecting them to one software. In the mean time, monitoring your cash flow and deals to make or already made ones. Nimble can make your life easier and boost productivity, because you will find all your social and email profiles in one place, in the same time, you will not be driven crazy by not understanding how everything works. It will help you get organized and it won`t cost you a fortune for using it. This would be the application I would use to manage my business, in the early stages of building it or if I did not plan anything big.
