I`ve used this company both as an end user and to help several of my clients with their businesses. They offer a wide variety of services though I`ve only experience with as domain providers and hosting including setting up DNS configuration. Their domain hosting was fine and I got a great deal on a domain at the time. I was able to point my domain nameservers easily and they propagated in a respectable amount of time. This site was hosted elsewhere but there were no issues with the nameservers at all.

Over the years I`ve had to help several clients troubleshoot issue with this company usually regarding their DNS am not a fan of how this company provides an old school back-end which does not help someone with no technical savvy help themselves. In this sense they are trying to force you to upgrade to their premium service. I recall having to email them several times in order to get a response. And I recall getting very little help from them at all and I went to an external source to get answers. I also recall having to work with a serious IT expert to help create the correct security for non-profit client`s intranet and that even he had issues. Last year a client of mine wanted a new site and had purchased hosting for it through this company and I just shook my head because there are much more user friendly choices with far superior service in my experience.

I`m not out to bad mouth companies for any spiteful reason but I couldn`t resist letting others know that while they come across as very professional in their branding and services if you`re about to create your first website for your business do not choose this company as there are far more user friendly options with much better customer service. Choose a company which uses Cpanel on their back-end and not some old school admin which seems like it is from the nineteen nineties. If you`re savvy enough to setup nameservers and find a great deal on a domain then do it. But transfer your domain elsewhere before the end of the year or you will pay almost three times as much as most companies. This is all just my opinion but other than their domain provider services in the five or six times I`ve helped clients it`s always become an ordeal that took days or weeks to resolve simple issues.
