We’ve been using Desk for few months and its been amazing to use since it had so many feature in reducing the work. Desk provides customer support with the essential features in handling the customers queries and it track the queries too so it is possible to refer the history of a customer at any point of time.

The appearance of desk isn’t good since some of the sections aren’t big and they are slow in singing in. Compared to its alternate applications Desk is costlier but they do a justice by providing an outstanding service with the features in their software. The home screen can’t be altered so one needs to go to the view screen for seeing the current status of the queries.

Desk provides an outstanding services but its design might not be the best factor one can look for in it. Before opting for the desk compare the price and features of desk along with its alternate software since some may hope for cheaper product and ready to bear with the low results.
