The support team is prompt, polite and professional. Generally get a call back the same day we put in a support ticket.

We regularly experience technical issues with this program. From parameters continually resitting themselves to severe problems with the auto-pay feature we are constantly trying to work with the support team to get this program functioning properly. Some issues we have been dealing with have been ongoing for 6+ months even after having the actual program developers look into these problems. At this point we don't feel that MyTaskit cares too much about getting to the root of these issues more than putting on a quick band-aid and moving on.

I'm sad to say that we will soon be looking into alternative programs. We've worked very hard trying to make this program work for us, but we have unfortunately hit our limit.
