What was the best part about using midPoint?

Well, I have engaged quite a number of tools designed for identity management solution before settling for my choice. I can attest to the fact that MidPoint is an advance tool, a great open source identity management solution platform that keeps your passwords completely secure. It is easy to use and set up with requiring any prior tech knowledge.

What would you change about your experience with midPoint?

It needs to be a little more intuitive to allow for easier navigation across the user interface. At the initial stage of deployment, I had experienced some glitches and crashes, but which I think are obtainable with other software of its kind. The MidPoint isn’t an exception to setbacks. It can do better with subsequent upgrades and improvements from the vendor.

Overall Feedback

It is highly suitable for small and mid- size business users. It is a very versatile tool with exceptional features to help organize and effectively manage identities stored in the database which it does better than other competitors. It doesn’t come with a free trial demo but offers training sessions for new users who need to get their heads around using the tool.
