MediaBin is a stable and secure solution, it offers permission-based access levels for its users.

It has a couple of the performance issues, for example, the video streaming is painfully slow sometimes, and also login can be a slow process. MediaBin doesn't work well on a system with low configuration. Installation of the MediaBin is difficult and the installation guide is sometimes confusing, sometimes inaccurate. It is not the most affordable product of its kind on the market.
