It also has a guest portal for staff and tenants that don't need accounts to submit work order. The order management software calendar is also a fantastic feature. The customer support was superb. It’s like they are waiting for you to contact them. The response time was very fast and their team is always ready to help out with any problem you have. Truly love GoMAX!, the mobile maintenance software that comes with the main app. Maxpanda mobile maintenance software is a useful and powerful tool for all our maintenance activities. I have used a couple of management software but have never come across one with push notification for new order. Maxapanda mobile maintenance software has push notification for new order which helps in getting work order done quickly.

We had a little problem after rollout such as completing tasks with Maxpanda’s work order software. We contacted the support through live chat and they were very helpful. They told us what to do and how to do it - excellent software!

One of the things I like most about Maxpanda work order management software is their customer support service. We had a few internal problems a couple of times and they are always available with the solution. They are very knowledgeable and direct. We really enjoy this work order management software.
