One of the first things that I noticed when employing Marketwired to help me manage some of my PR tasks and responsibilities is that their customer service representatives are very knowledgable and positive when dealing with my questions and concerns. The other great factor about using Marketwired is that the platform and dash is much simpler than other PR software I have used in the past. And if you need anything, the staff has your back when it comes to editing and making certain you are on your mark with your content quality and more.

When it comes to Marketwired - it does carry a few small limitations that can be disheartening. One of these such limitations is that it really does not possess the reporting capabilities that it should have or that other software seem to have. This slight disadvantage can make it difficult to compare when analyzing the reports when you only have a handful to compare and understand tha there is much more involved than just that set amount. Also sometimes, ads with the company are incorporated into a post or press release or an advertisement which is par for the course, but still distracting to the general premise of garnering complete attention from the public.

Marketwired has been very beneficial for me to use to help me to get the exposure and word out to the general public. I have not noticed anything significant come from my use of it, but am hoping that the reports that I am unable to analyze are showing something positive! Additionally, customer service is pretty awesome and helpful which is always nice when a company cares about its patrons.
