I especially liked the bidding features which help you to test the scenarios before making it open. I also liked the user interface and the reporting features a lot.

I think the 'SmartGrid' feature of Marin software needs a lot of fine tuning and also the customer service is not that great compared to the competitors. Also the process for adding or modifying the ad extensions needs lot of improvement and it would be great if it supported youtube based campaigns. The functionality also needs to take big strides in generating a more user friendly interface. The current version of Marin software does not translate quite well into Excel sheets.

The biggest plus of having Marin Software in your organization is the extremely sophisticated optimization capability with respect to bids, ads, and the keywords. I especially liked the efficiency in the campaign management irrespective of whether it is a large or small business. The automated alerts and the user friendly interface are the features to support analytics and build new campaigns pretty simple. The workflow features and the innovation are second to none.
