I was quite curious to learn how this Twitter tool was different than a few others I had tried recently. I'm not a poweruser yet but this social network will be a major part of our forthcoming social media marketing campaign. This tool uses automation tools to make it easier to generate followers and manage large or multiple accounts. You can sort followers and people you follow by several different criteria. You can search for people to follow and engage with by a number of different filters. You can see exactly who has unfollowed you and you can complete mass follows or unfollows easily. There are solid analytics reporting available as well. You can schedule Tweets into the future which is a good time saver.

The free version is quite limited in terms of functionality compared with their competition which I've also had the opportunity to check out, such as no analytics available at all. I believe they should have one more paid version at a lower cost for individual users including all features. And I think their features should be more inclusive across all of their plans in general although I do understand from a business perspective why they do this, yet we are not inclined to be loyal to a company as a start up which does not empower my success with most potential from the start.

I think their business plans are awesome and include everything you could want in a Twitter software as a service. But the lower plans are lacking in terms of inclusiveness of their features in my opinion. They seem more inclined to help user who can pay the most which makes perfect sense from a business point of view. Though as a start up on the verge of growing a large following I'm likely to choose another tool which is either integrated with other social media accounts, or the one I've found which has a truly outstanding free forever plan which empowers us from the beginning, and scale up through their paid plans based on reciprocity and the value offered to help us up front.
