Hi there, this depends entirely on the complexity of the project. Factors such as, the number of stores going live, type of hardware selected, organization of the warehouse, all play a role. It can take anywhere from 1 month to several months if we have all of the information we need from the client, and the client is ready for implementation. This number doesn't include training of staff which could be several weeks. We work with clients to develop a timeline that works for them and ensure all milestones are met. Since we don't have help desks or call centres, clients can speak directly to their account manager which speeds up the process quite a bit. (more)
