In fact, ever since we began using it, our check-in time has been reduced by half thanks to the software's intuitive and responsive interface. Housekeeping and maintenance management is also so much simpler thanks to this program; it enables us to know for sure that rooms and all facilities have been cleaned and that these departments are doing their job well. The marketing management functions also help our marketing department in determining which rooms are empty and what we can sell, in real time. Overall, Maestro is a fantastic time-saver and the ultimate in resort management software.

We have never encountered any glitches nor bugs yet while working with Maestro. The software does not hang and you can always rely on it to run smoothly even during peak use hours. We cannot find any complaints or negative aspects when it comes to this program just yet.
