What was the best part about dealing with LeadSquared.com?

LeadSquared can capture leads from email, online campaigns, phone calls, website, chat, lead generation websites and much more. It's quite good software that you may consider to include to your business. The over all user interface is simple and intuitive. it's clean and customizable. Your personnel shouldn't take time to learn to use it. LeadSquared's support are quite good and responsive.

What would you change about your experience with LeadSquared.com?

Despite its simplicity, user interface could be modernized bit more. Email campaign is somehow difficult especially when it requires from the user to know about HTML tags. LeadSquared is oriented toward individual leads which is not so helpful sometimes. Reminder functionality and task (add/delete) could be improved. LeadSquared is bit priced comparing to competition and features it has.

Overall Feedback

I wouldn't recommend LeadSquared to small business because it is expensive. Also it lacks some features like predictive analytics, lead segmentation. LeadSquared is now featuring integration to many business' software. It has powerful sales automation process. Despite all, LeadSquared is quite good tool for sales and marketing automation. There plenty of other affordable solutions with comparable features and capabilities.
