KeyedIn is a project and business management software as service allow you access to modular components in a centralized dashboard to help you be more efficient and productive while running your business. There's a good amount of flexibility in that you can care for most of your lifecycle business management with the one software including clients and invoicing which is good. Employees can track their time as well so this enables you to save time with the admin side of things. The reporting analytics are quite good and allow you to view, search and filter a nice variety of criteria and variables for helping you pinpoint areas of weakness perhaps in which you can adapt and improve performance. It's nice to see areas which are performing well, as well, and give credit where it's due. There's solid documentation and help online to help you minimize your setup or development to market. There is a lot of features and functionality to be utilized but none of it seems overwhelmingly complex at all. It is more having to take a learning curve based on the amount of functionality possible in order to get your head around it all and clearly establish your most efficient workflow individually and for your team. The user interface looks good and easy to use. I would suggest taking a really good amount of time with the demo, and your trial account to plan how to streamline your operational processes and workflows for the long term according each of the capabilities in this software. I believe this solution can have a massive impact on improving increasing your team's overall efficiency and productivity yet to not account for specialized growth in a future area, or not account for unlikely scenarios and currently unknown opportunities, and not prepare for as many contingencies as possible initially I believe could cause you a much bigger hassle than it needs to be down the road.

By some accounts the reporting could be more advanced with a greater ability to customize reports. Being able to configure certain same option in more than one way take you a bit to get used to. There are some fairly common integrations not available as of yet including some popular accounting software as a service.

There is a massive amount of flexibility available using this solution. In the interest of transparency I signed up for their free trial as part of intensive research into similar solutions on the weekend and don't expect access until next week to confirm some of my findings yet I have tested several in their market recently and feel I can offer value in terms of what to expect comparatively speaking. This particular suite of project management tools is very complete and will improve your bottom line in several ways. One of the strongest features is the invoicing and time tracking so you're making money directly through use of KeyedIn seamlessly which justifies the investment by itself. Yet that is the very beginning of what is possible. The astounding amount of uses for this software are only limited by your imagination and most agile processes. I would also suggest including right brain and left brain input from your team when setting everything up. I would invest a serious amount of time to understand each of the role's to come onboard each project in great depth, working the foremost expert of your team from each particular role and define the workflow according to them. I believe systematically doing this will enable you to have a much more accurate idea of how to apply admin and management settings, as well as analyze and measure your analytic reporting the best possible way long term.
