Jive

Jive made it easy to narrow everything down to what I needed, instead of filling my screen with features that would make the process more confusing. The program wanted to help rather than hinder, and that made it quite approachable to use, especially for a first timer. Learning how it all comes together is incredibly quick and simple.

The initial cost of getting Jive can be a turn off from trying it in the first place. For small businesses, cost is everything, so not having a free trial will quickly turn owners away from wanting to invest in the software. Having a large number of clients make this even less attractive, as each would have to pay for the use of the application, and that become expensive very quickly. Many of the elements of the program require external customization in order to improve on some functions.

Jive makes it easy for clients to have correspondence when they're not in the same conference room, but it does take some time to learn exactly how it works in order to improve efficiency to its highest levels. Instructional courses are required in order for all clients to get a handle on the software, and that can eat into the time that could be used to getting the job done. Adding tutorials and FAQs to the software itself could greatly improve upon this.
