Jarvis Legal is a web-based program that is updated every 3 weeks to release new features and fix minor bugs. Updates and upgrades are always free. Latest major release was about the new case profitability feature, which allows attorneys to keep track of their actual hourly rate and flat fee usage. (more)

Yes, you can customize a lot of things within your Jarvis Legal application: the interface (logo and color), all drop-down lists, default subfolders in JarvisDrive, document templates, workflows, reference numbers, and access rights. (more)
