It used dashboards which to display data in components. You can utilize a quick search function to find anything you need quickly. You can create multiple dashboards and move from one to another easily. You can also easily add dashboards from other people which were shared as well as add new data to your existing dashboards. And you can use their icons or substitute them and upload your own. You can customize a lot of aspects in your account and communicate with your customers via email, live chat, phone, forum, survey, social media and there is a self serve portal for end users. There is a solid educational component available with PDF documentation for all of their features which is very helpful. This software is available in the cloud or on-premise which is good to note.

I wish they were transparent about their pricing on their website. They state that there are no hidden costs as part of their sales copy and I understand their business meaning by this statement, yet ironically it's not available to know up front as you have to contact them to learn about the pricing.

This is a great IT support software and far more user friendly than several others which I've tried. In fact, it's the most user friendly version that I've tried and together with the amount of functionality and customization options it will be on the list of choices that I recommend to my IT industry colleague searching for an upgrade to their current system.
