It does not just measure performance but it will give you a good glimpse of your teams performance. This is definitely a great help to those who are in need of easy tracking of performance and productivity of employees. Definitely something you could look forward to. What I like best about Hubstaff is the fact that it is very easy to use. Its ability to track time which can be up to seconds you've worked is amazing. We have been using it for over a year now and I can attest that the software is accurate, reliable and robust. There were no lost time because the app didn't crash. The time tracked cache never failed to upload to its servers. I have used other time trackers and by far hubstaff is the best.

The software is a bit hard to navigate there are a lot of icons that you need to work on and learn using. It would be a lot better if you have enough training so you could learn to navigate the entire system. In the long run once you get to use their software on a daily basis it would be really beneficial and things will become easier to handle. It would also be nice to have available refresh button that you could click on so you do not need to login and logout just to see updates you inputted on the system

Overall the system is highly recommended due to different functionalities this software could offer their users. The software does not offer just time keeping for company's employees but also enough proof of their employees' work. The software will let you process in depth reports that could help you analyze performance and productivity reports of their employees.
