I purchased this server 3 years before and hosted so many websites on it without any issues. The support is very responsive and they will respond with in 20 minutes after opening the ticket. Chat support is also there which very much helpful in dealing with small issues. Most of my issue has been solved via chat itself.

I had an issue with DDOS and it affected my websites and business very badly. I opened support tickets regarding this and they took almost three days to fix the issue. I am contacted them via chat but they asked me to open support ticket. Finally after three days they solved the issue and all my websites has been restored.

I truly recommend this hosting company to customers those when need 99.9% up time. This company is having additional backup service. In case we lost our backup then we just need to open a support ticket and the support techs will assist you to download your backup files. I believe this is an added security measure that everyone wanted.
