Help Scout

HelpScout is fast and elegant. I had a good start, took only a little while before I was up and running. It contains most of the things I need to serve my customers and it also has a great API which helps me get information from the online store. When i handle emails to clients, its nice that I can keep track on responses. Help Scout also delivers reports and insight information which helps to do analyzing. Help Scout also writes extremely helpful blogs which can be used. Pretty good customerservice that really like there job and wants to help with whatever problem you have.

It would be nice to be able to export tickets into XLS or CSV format for offline reporting. It should come, but the question is when? Also a mobile APP should come eventually and are missed. Otherwise there are not much to say other than so far it has been working well.

Help Scout has been really simple to setup. Surprisingly easy to use. I like that you can create a ticket, just by sending an email to the helpdesk. You get the feeling that the people behind Help Scout, really cares or customer service and you see that in the way the system works and how its build up. Customer satisfaction are number one priority and Help Scout are making this much easier.
