What was the best part about using HappyFox?
HappyFox is a wonderful program on all ends – it’s interface is nice, clean and very simple, it’s customization options are great (you can modify pretty much everything, starting from custom fields for tickets, custom categories, labels, theme etc), it can be accessed from pretty much any platform (and it’s mobile app works well), it is reliable and is constantly providing new options for integration! It truly stands for it’s name – it’s clever like a fox and makes using it fun!
What would you change about your experience with HappyFox?
As with any other program, HappyFox has it’s minor flaws as well. For me personally, reports are a little basic and need more customization. Also, one tiny detail that could possibly bother is that it doesn’t enable you to transfer tickets from one category to another from mobile device. As I use the program a lot through the app, it is sometimes annoying. However, they are constantly developing the program, so these issues are minor and don’t have an effect to the user experience.

HappyFox is truly a wonderful help and takes off your shoulders a lot of worries! It is very easy to use and with its friendly price I am sure every company can benefit from using their product! Customer service is very friendly and helpful, and they are constantly developing their features which for me is a big bonus - I know that even minor issues get solved in no time!
