I considered this analytics software as a service recently for a couple projects and will be moving forward with utilizing their free plan until we scale up. It provides real time reporting of trends and statistics including dates and visitor counts relevant to we can track particular times of year which is good as our brand is quite seasonal. The dashboard is customizable. There are many integrations possible making it very versatile in many regards. The ability to track customers for our ecommerce based start up help you to determine revenue and is perhaps the most significant way for us to get a return on investment. And the customer reporting is very strong as it identifies your user a long with a number of other data such as email address with real time search and segmentation possible. You can also monitor trends to your site in the last day, week, month or year. The software will send you reports regarding various site usage metrics you can enable to email or through Slack. I like being able to see referring sites and content which are sending you traffic as well as which devices and browsers are being used. You can also create smart groups such as new customers or new signups in order to track this quicker and more productively. I believe there is audit based reporting which allows you to export and integrate data into other analytics platforms for deeper analysis. You can integrate Zapier or other integrations for hundreds of way to create automated triggers and tracking.

Perhaps heat mapping or scroll mapping would be additional real time analytics features they could integrate to help differentiate them further from their competition. This combination of real time data would be very powerful and certainly enhance the value and analysis of your digital assets in my opinion. As well as eliminate the need for additional tracking sources which helps them gain market share.

This is a highly valuable data driven real time analytics software with a terrific free forever plan to help get you started. Pricing is surprisingly affordable as well considering the real time data which I've seen charged much higher for by many of their competition. I appreciate that their pricing is inclusive of all features and only vary by data points and people analyzed. And the integrations which are currently possible make this much more powerful than it is on it's own. I'm thankful to have discovered this software. It will be utilized for our projects not solely but in combination with other tracking methods as I like to cross verify data and am especially grateful for their free forever plan which I will embed shortly on multiple sites. With your ingenuity and the integrations possible you can obtain a tremendous amount of real time data which can only help serve your bottom line.
