GoodData platform offers best and what I liked in this software is the platform that provides a very solid data infrastructure and tools to support me. This software is also easy, capable and user friendly for the end user, even the non-techy users can create reports and dashboards easily once the data is available and metrics are created. This software also implements consulting services and post-implementation customer service.

GoodData is reliable and user friendly, but this would be really good if they add backups and restore for automated projects. And also this software need to add the ability to switch an attribute from a text to numbers in a single project easily and with ease, aside from that I don’t see much issues.

GoodData in overall is reliable business intelligence software that provides an easy access dashboard that can make accurate reports. This software is also a user friendly software that even the non-techy user will love it. To use this software at its best, find a reliable person who will teach the basics.
