What was the best part about using ezyCollect?

It automatically manages what your receivables and the debt collection process leaving you with the task of running your business. It is connected to the company’s accounting system to ensure debtors are followed on time. It simplifies the process of following up on debtors by programmed emails, solicitor’s letter and prompted phone calls.

What would you change about your experience with ezyCollect?

It is expensive for a personal agent who would like to use the product to manage his debtors. Apart from the pricing level and the fact that it cannot connect to other third party accounting systems, it is a good system with minimal failovers and bad customer feedback with its use.

Overall Feedback

It solves the problem of poor management of cash collected. It is a software that improves the cashflow of a company and helps automated the mind crunching tasks with ease. It is used across different companies with customers relaying great satisfaction of the product and the customer support.
