eXo Platform is an open source that allows to create your own social collaboration software like chat, forum, share documents and calendar. It provides a perfect user-friendly solution for your company and it is very easy to do some modification to solve your needs. It is very powerful, fast and very extensible platform.

Exo platform worst part is not to provide custom application for users like DMS and you are not fully trusted to making other pages. Some parts of user manual didn’t work and for new user is quite small. Sometimes it can be performs slow and before using you have to read bit to full power.

Overall it is very easy to implement new things according to their use and connecting different people to solve different problems.
