Evergage

We initially started to use Evergage for gathering the visitor profile but we found the scope of Evergage is bigger than we have expected. It allows us to show our visitor the page, information about them. We got a better support from the support team in solving our queries at a time when we are comfortable.

The editor application is pinned to the browser so it will be easy to edit the web pages until we use the same browser on the same computer. But for a rapid edit through a different browser or a PC then there will be few additional hours need to spend for installing the browser application.

Evergage allows us to increase the customer visits and their conversion rate for that we need to deploy a special person on a full-time basis so that he can become an expert which has various versions for different kinds of customers. And he knows in and outs about the application.
