ABOUT Deskun

Deskun is a multichannel helpdesk system. It is a Google Chrome extension that enables to combine multiple communication channels and process customer requests inside Gmail interface. The channels available are:
- Live chat on a website
- Messengers: Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Viber, Skype
- Any e-mail

New Deskun users are given a free trial period of 21 days, during which one can test out all the features without restrictions, and understand how many agents ($2.99 per month) and channels ($1.99 per month) will be required for business. One support agent and one channel are available for free forever.

What was the best part about using Deskun?

Simple to set up and add all the channels we need, best price I've seen so far, very kind support agents.

What would you change about your experience with Deskun?

Add more statistics, enable to export tickets to a file, use Deskun from mobile when I'm on the go.

Overall Feedback

It's a cost effective tool that's now almost irreplaceable, the variety of possible communication channels is amazing, we hope for the VoIP integration and mobile app. I would recommend it to small and mid sized businesses, it would really help to cut down the costs.
