DCCS for Windows

DCCS is designed perfectly to run on Windows – it is even integrated with Microsoft Map Point. All deliveries are by the way automatically scheduled and you can see real-time directions as well. It is in all ways intuitive, especially with cash control, reports and accounts receivable.

One thing that could trouble you would be the support’s availability – though they have an emergency call feature, it’s just forwarded to a pager so you can’t always be completely sure about reaching the service. Usually though the support is available until 6:30PM EST which would be an issue for overseas clients.

Don’t be discouraged for the customer service as in case you are not overseas, you won’t experience any issues reaching them. Moreover, you’ll be treated to a wide feature set that has everything necessary for running your everyday errands. Definitely a worthwhile tool!
