What was the best part about using CudaSign?

It's nice to avoid costly errors which can occur in the old fashioned, manual contract signing process of printing copies, obtaining wet signatures, scanning copies and delivering them physically. Whether it's a typo, mis-communication or lost mail CudaSign is going to help prevent such timely, costly errors drastically.

Cool integrations like: Office 365, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales Force and lots others. By using the template feature you can create a document and then reproduce and customize each quickly should you work with yearly contract cycles, for example.
CudaSign's platform enforces legally binding documents which are admissible in courts which is important to note. All kinds of secure documents could be processed with this too like NDA's, contractor agreements, employee offer letters, liability release forms, bill of sale and so much more. It's great you can collect signatures on iOS and Android mobile devices.

I sent and received a document using the system in under three minutes.
What would you change about your experience with CudaSign?
The user interface is a bit old school in style but it serves it's purpose well and is easy to use. It would be nice in the basic account to be able to copy a direct link to the document. Unless I am mistaken in my research that is not currently possible in the basic plan.
The $1 per user, per month offer is extremely good value. But it's only applicable if you sign up for three years. Otherwise, it's $5 per month for the basic package. Still good value considering the savings and ROI opportunities facilitated by using this software. But it's somewhat mis-guiding as that's 80% cheaper than the next best rate and so it's all about the hook. Fair enough.
It would be nice to utilize a drag and drop technology in addition to file uploaders, and more options for moving documents to other folders. The email notifications are a good feature but it would be nice to be able to opt-out, or re-direct them if they are not necessary. I didn't see this option in my account.
Overall Feedback
In my opinion digital signing is an under-utilized method for completing contracts and closing business deals faster. Electronic signature features should be implicit in all CRM's too. With the ability to do so using CudaSign it's got an edge on most competition in that area. The monthly pricing is fair regardless of whether you choose the basic or premium plan. And the cost, time and energy savings possible by using CudaSign are significant. Overall, the free trial and valuable features make CudaSign a worthy consideration in the electronic signature software market.
