This is a heat map analytics software as a service I had considered after signing up with my credit card for their trial for our ecommerce based start up. As it's a solid way to learn how to improve conversions in our shopping cart. You can enable clickmaps to learn if certain areas of your webpages are getting more clicks and should be considered in a redesign if they are not currently optimized. You can learn which buttons or links are clicked on the most in order to improve interactivity as well as your calls to action. The scrollmap feature shows how far down a visitor generally scrolls down each page.

This is a terrific analytics software for many reasons and it's easy to implement by embedding a line of code or by using their Wordpress plugin which is great. The only thing negative to consider is the cost which is quite affordable to be honest, but having come across free options shortly after signing up, as a start up without a ton of views per month there is no reason to pay for this service quite yet.

This is a great way to learn how visitors are engaging with your website. You can use this data to improve the user experience and conversions rates. It's helpful to diagnose end user experiences and learn whether redesigned pages have improved these aspects, or not. While Google Analytics has it's in-page analytics available and this data is tied to the metrics available otherwise, this software is more visual as it appears and more precise in terms of the exact locations visitors have clicked, I believe. While I will test the free versions of similar software I literally found while my trial was active, I am happy to pay the nine dollars per month should they not be the best choice for our company moving forward.
