Clarizen provides a list of tools to support the user in simplifying the work. And it's also much simpler to customize the application as per the requirement of the user. We were able to find the application much useful in personalising so that we could save time & our effort in accessing the application.

Learning about the customizing might take some time for the new users. Their customized reports are the big help to the business persons. They level of security with the data and file transfer is not much to appreciate so we have to rely on the box and even they integration with salesforce aren't effective.

Clarizen does a decent job of managing the projects and helps the managers, management team in deciding on any issues related to projects, employees input in a project, status of the project, etc without taking much effort or time on gathering various reports and delaying several hours in them for analysing. The essential factor for any decision can be understood by others too.
