CiviCRM is not what I thought it would be, this is a very different CRM. This is a Contact Relationship management system, where we can actually manage information of contacts. I find it best by integration of CiviCRM and other content management systems make the best use of it for all users.

Like that, I have found it very helpful tool for my organisation however as the missing feature for verification of emails is where we need to little more secure as we don’t have any control over it.Spam contacts increase the workload for checking and removing them and decreases the efficiency of the work.

It’s a wonderfull environment for developers and project manager. I see areas that can be used to improve the level of Github, private projects should be controllable under some sort of versioning. Github has a lot of projects which are incomplete that can be used to the advantage of someone else though it tends to be a drawback for the person who may have left that project incomplete.
