In our experience, the number of appoints set for each client varies. As a general rule of thumb, though, a conversion rate of 1% for 770 leads produces 8 leads, if we see jumps to 2%, that means 16 appointments set for your sales team. 3% and it jumps to 24, etc. Each company, industry, and offering is unique, so these numbers are starting points when considering what the cost per appointment will be for each individual client.
