What was the best part about using CallRail?

It provided integration along with analytics. Ability to customize naming conventions. Client access, notifications, ease of technical implementation. Ease of data export, call logging, tracking and tagging. Functionality to PROVE ROI to every client. For PPC, this has proven invaluable for clients that book or sell over the phone. They are quick to respond to inquiries and have no problems with doing a lot of hand-holding if necessary.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

Not an important issue since only few providers seem to offer this as an out-of-the-box feature, but CallRail doesn't provide the capability to change a number based on geolocation, if you want to show a different area code depending on the location of a person. However, we were able to have our developers do some custom work to work with CallRail for this goal. Also the user interface changes from time-to-time and while generally for the better, some aspects are hard to relocate following a change.

Overall Feedback

Overall, CallRail has shown to be a great software, provides the required call solution services, all in an easy-to-use and attractive interface. And one main important thing: Recording calls is invaluable for us and for the client, and CallRail accomplishes that. Definitely recommended for every person/enterprise that works with calls.
